London assembly for North East London — fighting your corner at City Hall

Jennette Arnold AM, questions Mayor Johnson about London’s Rape Crisis Provision.
Question: With the number of rapes up by 14.5% in comparison to last year, I welcome the fact that you have taken on board the widespread criticism and have now decided to set aside £1.4m for rape crisis provision over three years. With this funding coming to £466,666 a year rather than the previously promised £744,000 how will you be keeping your primise to “act immediatly to provide long-term funding for four Rape Crisis Centres in London”?
